Recurring commission is money credited to your affiliate account every time your referee purchases or renews an eligible hosting plan.
How much can I earn?
There is no earning limit. As long as you continue referring people to VPS Malaysia, you can be rewarded for eligible purchases and renewals.
How are referees tracked?
VPS Malaysia uses cookies to track who purchased services and who referred them, with purchase records kept from 90 days back.
Where can I check total earnings?
Log in to the client area and click Affiliate in the upper menu bar. Monthly performance reports are also sent by email.
When are commissions deposited?
Commissions are deposited 30 days after a referee makes payment for one of the hosting services. This helps prevent fraudulent orders.
How do I get paid?
You can be paid by cash or account credit. Transfers can be made to a Malaysia bank account, PayPal account or credit balance.
What is the minimum withdrawal?
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100.
How long does withdrawal take?
Payouts are completed within 3 days by the billing team after the withdrawal submission is made.
What if the referee cancels within 30 days?
If the referee cancels during the 30-day money-back period, the commission will be revoked.
Will I get paid if the referee did not use my link?
No. The referee must use your affiliate link to make the purchase so the system can verify the referral.
Can I buy through my own referral link?
No. Self-purchases through your own referral link are not allowed. The affiliate account may be terminated and commission forfeited.
