The referenced dedicated servers are located at MY03 Data Center in Malaysia, and the included IP addresses are Malaysia IPs.
Who is responsible for server hardware?
VPS Malaysia covers leased hardware maintenance for failed hardware components such as hard disk, processor, motherboard, NIC card and RAM. Data recovery, backup media recovery and software reinstallation are separate from hardware replacement.
