Which payment method should I use?
Use online banking, card, e-wallet, PayPal or crypto when you want faster confirmation. Use manual bank transfer only when you can wait for billing verification, because activation may take up to 48 hours and requires a ticket with receipt and Invoice ID.
Payment Steps

Online Banking / Card / E-Wallet / Alipay
01 Log in
Sign in to the VPS Malaysia client area.
02 Open invoices
Under Billing, select My Invoices.
03 Choose unpaid invoice
Find the unpaid invoice highlighted in red and click Unpaid.
04 Select method
Expand Payment Method and choose the correct payment option.
05 Click to pay
Select Click Here To Pay.
06 Choose banking
Choose Online Banking, pick your preferred Malaysian retail bank such as Maybank2u, and click Pay Now.
07 Continue at bank
Follow the bank redirect, continue, log in, request TAC, enter the TAC and confirm.
08 Receive confirmation
After payment completes, VPS Malaysia sends an Invoice Payment Confirmation email.
Credit Card
01 Choose card
Select card payment and click Pay Now.
02 Enter details
In the secure payment portal, enter card number, CVV, expiry date, bank name and country.
03 Verify
Complete TAC verification when required.
04 Confirm
A success screen appears and VPS Malaysia sends an Invoice Payment Confirmation email.
E-Wallet Touch 'n Go
01 Choose wallet
Select your preferred e-wallet provider, for example Touch 'n Go.
02 Open app
Open the Touch 'n Go app, ensure the wallet has enough funds and tap Pay with QR.
03 Scan QR
Scan the displayed QR code to proceed.
04 Confirm
After successful scan and payment, VPS Malaysia sends an Invoice Payment Confirmation email.
Razer Cash
01 Choose Razer Cash
Select the Razer Cash option, such as 7-Eleven as the preferred cash outlet.
02 Visit outlet
Go to a nearby 7-Eleven store.
03 Scan barcode
The 7-Eleven staff scans the barcode shown on your payment printout.
04 Confirm
After payment completes, VPS Malaysia sends an Invoice Payment Confirmation email.
PayPal
01 Log in
Sign in to the VPS Malaysia client area.
02 Open invoices
Under Billing, select My Invoices.
03 Choose unpaid invoice
Find the unpaid invoice highlighted in red and click Unpaid.
04 Select PayPal
Expand Payment Method and select PayPal.
05 Choose checkout type
Choose PayPal Subscribe for recurring payment or PayPal Check Out for one-time checkout.
06 Log in to PayPal
Log in with your PayPal email and password, then proceed with checkout.
Crypto
01 Log in
Sign in to the VPS Malaysia client area.
02 Open invoices
Click My Invoices under Billing.
03 Pick invoice
Click the invoice you want to pay.
04 Select Crypto
Choose Crypto under Payment Method.
05 Choose coin
Select the coin, enter your name and registered Coin Payment email, then click Complete Checkout.
06 Receipt
After completion, the receipt is sent to your email.
Manual Bank Transfer
01 Log in
Sign in to the VPS Malaysia client area.
02 Open invoices
Under Billing, select My Invoices.
03 Choose unpaid invoice
Find the unpaid invoice highlighted in red and click Unpaid.
04 Select transfer
Expand Payment Method and select Manual Bank Transfer.
05 Transfer funds
Log in to your bank for transfer, or use a bank cash deposit machine.
06 Open billing ticket
After payment, re-login to the client area, open a ticket and choose Billing.
07 Attach receipt
Attach your receipt and Invoice ID. The billing team verifies the payment and sends confirmation after approval.
Manual Bank Transfer
Transfer, then verify.
